How do I create or update a meeting?
Use New Meeting to add a title, date, time, duration, location, participants, category, agenda, and any details you need. Open a saved meeting to update its status, notes, transcript, decisions, follow-up date, or action items.
How does the Action Center work?
Action Center collects action items from all meetings. Use the filters to view open, overdue, completed, or all actions. You can edit the owner, priority, and due date, mark an action complete, or open its related meeting.
How do I add a meeting to Apple Calendar?
Open a meeting and choose Add to Apple Calendar. Moony asks for calendar permission only at that moment and writes the selected meeting to the default calendar for new events. It does not read existing calendar events.
How do I back up or restore local data?
Use Profile > Export my data to share a JSON backup through the iOS share sheet. Use Profile > Restore a backup to choose a Moony JSON file from Files. Restoring replaces the current local workspace; recordings are not included in the JSON file.
How do reminders work?
Turn on Meeting reminders in your profile settings. Moony asks for notification permission and, when allowed, schedules a reminder before each meeting. You can turn reminders off at any time.
How do I record and replay meeting audio?
Open a meeting and choose Start recording. Moony asks for microphone permission only when you start this action. Stop the recording when you are finished, then use Play recording from that meeting's details to replay it. Use the delete action beside the recording to remove the local file.
Why does Moony request camera or photo library access?
These permissions are used only when you choose to add or change an optional profile photo. You can manage the permissions in iOS Settings.
How do I share a meeting or calendar?
Use the share action from a meeting or the agenda's calendar export action. iOS then shows a share sheet where you choose the destination and what to send.
How do I remove my information?
Delete an individual meeting from its details, or use the clear-data control in the profile area to remove the optional profile photo, saved meetings, preferences, and recordings from Moony.
